Duran Duran, new album and a tour

See a Duran Duran comeback as the new album is currently on the works and is expected to be released in September. The album named Paper Gods is the multi platinum band’s 14th studio album produced Nile Rodgers, Mark Ronson. Mr. Hudson, and Josh Blair. The album will be released on September 11 worldwide and September 18 in the US.

Claiming that they found a new level of inspiration on their latest work, expect a better sounding Duran Duran as the band invited some unexpected artists to be included on their newest album. Artists like Lindsay Lohan, Janelle Monae, Kiesza, former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frsuciante and violinist Davide Rossi are amongst that will come together for the completion of the much anticipated release from the said band.

Alongside the new album is the world tour that will be cover majority of US, Spain and UK. Spain serves as the start line since this is the tour’s first destination. A selection of US dates has been laid to plan between the months of September and October while months of November and December will be rendered to the UK arena.

English band Duran Duran has been around since 1978 in Birmingham. It was originally formed by Nick Rhodes and John Taylor. They were initially considered as new romantic movement that came to arise in Britain during 1980’s. Unlike other groups, Duran Duran is never disbanded and amongst the few who did their own remixes.

With eighty million records sold since they started, the said band was able to establish a well respected status quo in being considered as one of the industry’s greatest players and musicians. 

Aside from their music, the group is also known for their fashion sense. Their music videos and off the street style personifies neat fashion.
