Brandon Boyd of Incubus

Known as Brandon Charles Boyd born on February 15, 1976, an American musician, writer and visual expert. He is most excellently known as the lead vocalist of the American rock band Incubus.

His parents, Priscilla “Dolly” Wiseman and Charles Boyd, the two of whom had to go through theater, had look after his creative side since he was a kid.

Other musical family members composed of his younger brother, Jason Boyd, the previous lead singer of the band Audiovent, relative or Cousin Sam Boyd, a writer and wanderlust musician, as well as Cousin Berto Boyd, a proficient Flamenco guitarist.

Brandon Boyd had three books. The first, written in 2003, was White Fluffy Clouds: Found Inspiration Moving Forward. It was published by Endophasia Publications and mainly consists of his artwork, photography, song lyrics from Incubus, and additional writings and thoughts.

His more latest a consist of, From the Murks of the Sultry Abyss, was also published by Endophasia in 2007 and “So The Echo” which was published in January 2013 and consists of his artwork from the past 5 years.

Last July 6, 2010, Boyd made public that his debut solo album, The Wild Trapeze was released on June 21, 2010, a music video for Boyd’s first single from The Wild Trapeze, entitled “Runaway Train,” was distributes online. A second music video was released for the album, for the song “Last Night a Passenger” in October 2010.

Don’t Break Your Heart for The Vamps

As the online world’s capability to make stardom such an easy thing like reciting the alphabet, many aspiring artists are making their names by riding on it.

Videos viral online particularly YouTube, music being listened to, and artists being followed from Instagram to Facebook, aspiring artists are ready to boost their fame.

One of another victim, well, a positive victim is the British pop band, The Vamps. Surely, everyone is comparing every popping new boy bands the presently famous One Direction.

Fans around the world may argue between the similarities or differences, but seriously, these what so called “The Vamps” is a sure talented bunch of boys.

They became an instant hit in the later part of 2012 when they uploaded their song covers, guess where? Of course YouTube, the tube to stardom works at its best again.

Yes, all the listeners have the right to compare or label them to 1D, the reason? They just do sound the same, and never regret that they have the looks.

Back to their voices, The Vamps most famous single and a sure hit is the 2014 song “Oh Cecilia (Breaking My Heart)”, which was released on the 12th of October.

The song belongs to the band’s debut album Meet the Vamps which was released on the 14th of April of the same year. The single was inspired by the 70’s song “Cecilia” by Simon & Garfunkel, which The Vamps’ version features the chorus lyrics of the 70’s Cecilia.

Let’s talk about the video, the band just got a little help from a not so famous, maybe if one doesn’t have an internet, Shawn Mendes, his vocals makes the song a terrific and a lively one to listen to.

The Vamps and Mendes were featured both on a remote island after their ship was wrecked. The boys showed off some of their survival skills.

The song peaked in different charts across the globe such as Australia, South Africa and reached 9th on their native, UK Singles Chart.

Red haired vocalist Hayley Williams of Paramore

Hayley Nichole Williams or Haley as she is popularly known is an American singer and songwriter. She is the lead vocalist and incidental keyboardist of the American rock band Paramore. She was born December 27, 1988 in Meridian, Mississippi.

She is the oldest among her 3 sisters. She met her long gone band colleague in school. She tried to join some homegrown funk cover band, where she met Jeremy Davis which is currently the bassist of the band.

Haley was spotted in 2003. She was first acquainted with Atlantic Records. The initial plan for her was to be a solo pop artist, but Hayley butted because she wanted to be part of a band and play pop punk rock music.

Atlantic decided to cave in to her request, and she then formed the band PARAMORE. The music of paramore released their music through a “cooler” nook label , Fueled by Ramen.

The debut album All We Know is Falling was made public in 2005 when she was only 16 years of age. Paramore has later released more albums RIOT (2007), Brand New Eyes (2009) and the self-titled Paramore.

Hayley wrote and published the original soundtrack of the movie Jennifer’s body “Teenagers”. After she released the song, she stated that she had no plans to be a solo artist.

Last 2010 she appeared in a music video from the alternative rapper B.o.B’s debut album called Airplanes, it peaked at the top 10 in 19 countries in the world.

She also collided with EDM (Electronic Dance Music) producer Zedd on the track “stay the night” which was released in late 2013 with his debut album “Clarity “and Haley was also partnering with MAC cosmetics for her new makeup selection that was released last April of 2013.

Surprisingly, Haley discusses her Christian faith and its relation to her music in one of her interviews and because of this, she has been seriously criticized by the public about it.

She has been in a relationship since 2008 with Chad Gilbert of the lead guitarist of the band New Found Glory she proved that they are both engaged.
